I've been assisting buyers and sellers as a fulltime REALTOR® since 1999. My areas of expertise range from first time home buyers, move up, scale down, estates, divorce, relocation, condominiums, new construction, lots, larger parcels of land, and farms. I'm also active in my Local and State Associations. Being involved has helped me stay on top of current issues, educating myself to help you better. Being a major investor in the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) provides me a chance to advocate for home ownership rights both on a state and national level.
Currently I live in Kent Ohio with my wife of 30 years. Here we've raised our twin boys and are currently active in our community. Before being a REALTOR®, I worked in the family business. Highly recommend Dave. My family and I needed to relocate to Kent from New Zealand as we were taking jobs at KSU. Dave was prompt in getting back to me and took the time to arrange a phone call despite the huge time difference to see what we needed. He immediately set us up on a database so we could see homes for sale in our area of choice and our price range. He also provided us with options for mortgage companies. Especially being that we were overseas this was a huge help! A few months before our move I flew to Kent for a week to house hunt. Dave had arranged for me to view about 10 homes. He was very good at anticipating exactly what we needed. I was able to put an offer on a house that was accepted. The rest of the paperwork was settled online from overseas when I arrived back home in NZ. Overall a seamless and positive experience and we love our home in Kent.
